PROPOSED CHANGES TO CONSTITUTION MUST BE CIRCULATED TO OVSAA LEAGUE MEMBER SCHOOLS. USE THE OVSAA MOTION FORM PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE. COMMISSIONER MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE AGM OR SEND A KNOWLEDGEABLE DESIGNATE IN ORDER TO PRESENT AN AMENDMENT TO THE RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION.
