Cross Country

Distance:
- Girls: No more than 4000 metres
- Boys: No more than 6000 metres
The course should be challenging, but at ALL times give due care and attention to the safety of the athletes.
Team:
- A team shall be a maximum of 7 runners to a minimum of 5, with the first 5 runners from that team scoring.
NOTE: A maximum of 7 runners per team is allowed to enter at Provincials.
Eligibility:
- As per Article X, Section 5 of the By-Laws of the O.V.S.A.A.
Registration:
- Register by the B.C.S.S.C.C.T.F.A. is necessary by October 1st.
